OUR HISTORY
The team at Vision Realty & Development has been helping families, individuals, and builders purchase lots and land for sale in the Fox Valley area for over fifteen years. The company started in 2008, when two local developers needed to sell several subdivisions in Appleton and the surrounding areas of Grand Chute, Fond du Lac, Fox Crossing, Menasha, and Neenah.
The partners of Vision Realty & Development own many subdivisions with over 100+ buildable lots or land and an additional 500+ for future expansion. About Jill Hendricks
Jill Hendricks has been in land development throughout the Fox Valley since 2000, when she started as a sales assistant helping with lots and land development needs.
In 2002, she passed the Wisconsin Real Estate Sales Exam and in 2005 the Wisconsin State Brokers Exam. In 2008, Jill partnered to start Vision and since then, she’s played an active role in the realtor and home builders community, including:
